q&a

questions that should guide you through your journey...

I do not see my size what do I do?

  • Reach out through the contact page or through email at pyxes.us@gmail.com and we can work together. If you want something in a size that is not visible on the website there will be no upcharge. The only change might be the delivery time frame.

How long should my order take?

  • Your order should take anywhere between 4-8 weeks. That may seem like a large gap of time but there is only one person on the other side of your screen. Sometimes I will need to wait for materials, other times I won't, it just depends. Depending on the garment you order it will take me around 1 - 2 weeks to make it, then I ship it out. Once I ship it out it's no longer in my control, that's the carrier’s issue. If needed I will reach out to keep you up to date about any delays.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

  • No, unless there is something wrong with your order. If you send anything back to me for you will pay the ALL of the postal fees. If you have any concerns reach out through email or the contact page I will work with you and we will sort something out together.

Do you offer alterations and repair services?

  • Yes, I do but you will pay any fees (shipping, materials). Clothes are meant to be worn and beat up so repairs are bound to happen. Just reach out through email or the contact page. If you want to repair it yourself but need help you can email me or send me a message through the contact page.

I see that some of my money is being donated with my purchase, why?

  • Because I set it up that way. If you don't like that then don't buy anything.

Do you accept custom work?

  • Depends. Reach out through email or the contact page. Just know that if I agree it’s going to double the price and then some.

Do you do rentals/loans?

  • Nope you got to buy it.

Where are your products made?

  • Currently in my parent's basement in N. Idaho, USA.

Who is the cat on your about page?

  • Nessie.

Is the cat nice?

  • I think he is but to be honest, no, not really. He is oddly territorial.
