A pyx is a container with the sole purpose of holding the Body of Christ for those who cannot consume him through Great Assembly. But thanks to the many hosts I have ingested throughout my northwestern childhood, I learned that the Body of Christ can be anything you want and desire. Christ has since transcended the concept of the Blessed Son of the Holy Father and now lives on in all things physical and psychological. You can deny yourself any version of Christ but no matter what you do there will always be some overarching force driving your life and actions, you just might not call it as such. 

 

What you see here is my pulpit and behind it I am performing the consecration. What comes from that is the transubstantiation of the New Age American Angel… The lowlife, the loser… the fornicator and the masturbator… The addict, the idolater… You. Yes, you. Internally you are the host, and everything external is the pyx. A special container that holds the Blessed Body. Your body.

This "project" is just me and my spare time. Besides the occasional cat for company, I do everything alone; the design, drafting, sewing, visuals, audio, website, etc. For me, this is just an amalgamation of hobbies built up on my own time for the shits and gigs. This website might say the opposite to the suspecting patron but I do not view what I do as something serious. I did not start this project for notoriety nor is that the goal. In fact I'd rather never subject the public to my presence at all. Everything you see here was started for the simple reason of a slight demand of sharing my work and life stories with the world.
